Denver, Colorado · Clinical Mental Health Therapy
Healing Through Every Season of Life
A private practice offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and professionals navigating complex life experiences. Care is grounded in clinical expertise, collaboration, and respect for each individual's healing process.
I built this practice after living through many seasons of my own as an athlete, an entrepreneur, a father, and a person in recovery. Those experiences help me understand the pressures you're facing in a way that training and textbooks never could.
A Space for Growth, Healing & Transformation
Just as nature moves through seasons of change, growth, and renewal, so do we. Four Seasons Therapy offers a sanctuary for those ready to engage in deep healing, with a licensed clinician present with you throughout the journey.
Whether you're facing anxiety, processing trauma, strengthening relationships, or leading change, you deserve care that honors the full complexity of your experience.

Committed to Clinical Excellence & Compassionate Care
Before becoming a therapist, I played Division I football at Colorado State University, where I learned discipline, pressure, and what it costs to tie your worth to performance. I later helped sell a multimillion dollar business, an experience that taught me success doesn't automatically bring peace.
I'm a single dad and a person in recovery. Sobriety changed how I show up for my kids, and for the people I work with. I bring both my clinical training and lived experience into every session, creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.
My path to this work runs through my own experience navigating major life transitions, career pivots, leadership pressures, and the kind of personal reinvention that doesn't come with a roadmap. That background shapes how I show up for clients facing similar crossroads.
